Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Factory Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in a fashion manufacturing environment.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure efficiency, productivity, and smooth workflow across the factory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily factory operations and production processes
  • Manage and supervise factory staff
  • Ensure production targets and deadlines are met
  • Maintain quality control and operational efficiency
  • Implement process improvements where necessary

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Factory Operations Manager
  • Strong background in managing factory processes and staff
  • Experience in a fashion manufacturing factory is an added advantage
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet production targets and maintain quality standards
  • Age Range: 40 – 45 years.

Salary
NGN 250,000 – NGN 300,000 / Month.
