1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the website www.getajob.com.ng ("the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these Terms.

2. About GetAJob.com.ng

GetAJob.com.ng is a Nigerian online job board and career services platform owned and operated by Western Dada Limited. We provide the following services:

• An online platform connecting job seekers with employers across Nigeria
• Professional CV writing and cover letter services
• LinkedIn profile optimization
• Interview coaching and career counseling
• Job Seeker Pro subscription services
• Job posting and recruitment services for employers

We serve job seekers and employers across all 36 states of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.

3. Eligibility

To use GetAJob.com.ng, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally permitted to work in Nigeria or be a registered Nigerian business entity
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering
• Not have been previously suspended or banned from the Platform

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is truthful and accurate. Western Dada Limited reserves the right to verify your identity and eligibility at any time.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to keep your account details up to date at all times.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at info@getajob.com.ng if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 One Account Per User

Each individual may maintain only one job seeker account. Employers may maintain one account per registered business entity. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited.

4.4 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or is deemed harmful to other users or the Platform.

5. Terms for Job Seekers

5.1 Free Access

Browsing and applying for jobs on GetAJob.com.ng is free for all registered job seekers. We will never charge job seekers to apply for any job listed on our platform.

5.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information in your profile, CV, and job applications. Submitting false qualifications, misrepresenting your experience, or providing fraudulent documents is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.

5.3 Job Applications

When you apply for a job through our platform, you authorize us to share your application and CV with the relevant employer. We do not guarantee that your application will be reviewed or that you will receive a response.

5.4 Important Warning — Fraudulent Employers

5.5 CV Upload

By uploading your CV to our platform, you grant Western Dada Limited a non-exclusive license to store and share your CV with potential employers relevant to your job search preferences.

6. Terms for Employers

6.1 Job Listings

Employers may post job vacancies on GetAJob.com.ng subject to the applicable package fees. All job listings must be for genuine, legal employment opportunities based in Nigeria.

6.2 Prohibited Job Listings

You may not post jobs that:

• Require job seekers to pay any fees or make purchases
• Promote pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or get-rich-quick schemes
• Involve illegal activities of any kind
• Discriminate based on gender, religion, ethnicity, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Contain false, misleading, or inaccurate information

6.3 Accuracy

Employers are responsible for ensuring that all job listings are accurate and up to date. Listings must be removed or updated when positions are filled.

6.4 Candidate Data

Candidate information received through our platform must be used solely for recruitment purposes and handled in compliance with applicable Nigerian data protection laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

7. Paid Career Services

GetAJob.com.ng offers a range of paid career services including but not limited to CV writing, cover letter writing, LinkedIn optimization, interview coaching, and the Job Seeker Pro subscription.

7.1 Service Delivery

All career services are delivered within the timeframes stated on the relevant service page. CV rewrites are typically delivered within 2–3 working days after receipt of payment and submission of required materials.

7.2 Revisions

The number of revisions included with each service is as stated in the relevant service package. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be charged separately.

7.3 Job Seeker Pro Subscription

The Job Seeker Pro subscription is billed monthly at ₦8,000/month. The subscription begins after the 7-day free trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without charge.

8. Payments & Refunds

8.1 Payment Methods

Payments are accepted via bank transfer to:

After payment, send proof of payment via WhatsApp to 08026568715 or upload it through the relevant service form on our website.

8.2 Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering quality services. If you are not satisfied with a delivered service, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at 08026568715 or email at info@getajob.com.ng and we will work to resolve your concern.

Refunds are issued at the discretion of Western Dada Limited. No refunds will be issued for:

• Services that have already been fully delivered
• Job Seeker Pro subscription fees after the trial period has ended
• Job listing fees once a listing has gone live

8.3 Pricing

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time of payment.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use GetAJob.com.ng to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate any person, company, or organization
• Harvest or collect personal data of other users without consent
• Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam) to other users
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Upload viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
• Violate any applicable Nigerian or international laws or regulations
• Use the Platform for any purpose other than legitimate job searching or recruitment

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and where applicable, legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on GetAJob.com.ng including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software is the property of Western Dada Limited and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Platform without our express written permission.

Job seekers retain ownership of their CVs and personal information uploaded to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant Western Dada Limited a limited license to use that content for the purpose of operating the Platform.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By using GetAJob.com.ng, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2019.

We will never sell your personal data to third parties. Your information is used solely for the purposes of operating the Platform and delivering our services to you.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

12.1 No Employment Guarantee

GetAJob.com.ng is a platform that connects job seekers with employers. We do not guarantee that using our platform or services will result in employment. Job placements depend on many factors beyond our control.

12.2 Third-Party Content

Job listings on our platform are submitted by employers. While we make efforts to screen listings, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or legitimacy of every listing. We are not responsible for the actions of employers or the outcomes of job applications.

12.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Western Dada Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or our services.

12.4 Platform Availability

We strive to maintain the Platform's availability at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may take the Platform offline for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to GetAJob.com.ng at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@getajob.com.ng. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

14. Changes to These Terms

Western Dada Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of GetAJob.com.ng after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
