We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Operations Specialist
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage installer WhatsApp group communication and engagement
- Share company updates, campaigns, and policy information
- Regional follow ups on installers uploads
- Follow up on rebate participation and installer activities
- Support installer app registration and activation remotely
- Coordinate installer-related content and branding activities with marketing
- Maintain installer records and operational reports for different regions
- Escalate technical and operational issues when necessary
- Support installer onboarding, meetings, and training activities
Qualification
- Preferred qualifications: HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
- 1–2 years experience in operations, customer support, or solar industry is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic Excel and reporting knowledge.
