We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build strong customer relationships through open and interactive communication.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Go the extra mile to engage and assist customers.
  • Manage online customer interactions and resolve issues effectively.

Basic Requirements

  • HND, ND, or BSc Degree
  • 1 – 2 years of work experience.
  • Gender: Female.
  • Age: 20 to 27 years.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
