- 1-3 years customer service, retal sales, or call center experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong conflict resonand problem-solving abilities CRM software proficiency
- Basic understanding or passion for solar energy systems, Inverters bomeres, and renewable technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
