We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Short-let Creative Digital Marketer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Promote available apartments through various channels, such as social media, online market places, property listing platforms and personal networks to attract potential clients.
  • Identify and engage potential customers, including travellers, corporate clients, tourists, and individuals seeking temporary accommodation.
  • Respond to enquiries, provide information about availableapartments, negotiate rates when necessary and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Create and share promotional content such as photos, videos and advertisements on platforms like: Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook and property listing websites
  • Communicate effectively with clients before, during and after their stay to ensure a positive customer service experience.
  • Work closely with property manager, cleaners and maintenance teams to ensure apartments are ready for guests to meet quality standard.
  • Run paid organic campaigns across Google, Instagram, Facebook, & TikTok.
