Job Title: Service Engineer Executive
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description
- We are seeking to hire an experienced service engineer to support installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of laboratory and analytical instruments, ensuring optimal equipment performance and client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Install and commission laboratory and analytical instruments
- Conduct preventive maintenance according to schedule
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic and electro-mechanical faults
- Assist in laboratory benching installation and instrument setup
- Provide first-level technical support to clients
- Escalate complex technical issues appropriately
- Maintain workshop tools and service documentation
- Provide technical input to Sales when required.
Qualifications
- B.Eng./HND in Electronics Engineering, Electrical/Electronics.
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in laboratory or biomedical equipment servicing.
Skills:
- Basic computer skills (MS Office and system configuration)
- Basic electronics troubleshooting
- Instrument installation and testing
- Technical documentation
- Sound knowledge of electronics and electro-mechanical systems
- Basic understanding of instrumentation principles and signal flow
- Preventive and corrective maintenance techniques
- Fault diagnosis and root cause analysis
- Equipment calibration and performance verification
- Familiarity with laboratory and biomedical instrumentation
- Time management and adherence to service schedules
- Customer service orientation and professional conduct
- Ability to work independently and within a field service team
- Health, safety, and compliance awareness.
