Job Title: Sales Representative – Luxury Boutique

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • The Sales Representative will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and building lasting client relationships.
  • This role requires confidence, elegance, and a deep appreciation for fashion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage customers with professionalism and warmth.
  • Provide expert advice on products, styling, and fashion trends.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Maintain store presentation and ensure merchandise is displayed to luxury standards.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships, including follow-ups and clienteling.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • 2–5 years retail or sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury goods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for fashion, style, and customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive sales mindset.
