Job Title: Light Vehicle Mechanic, Automobile Technician (Petrol & Diesel)

Location: Warra, Ngaski LGA – Kebbi
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Light Vehicle Mechanic / Automobile Technician to join our mining operations team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing light-duty vehicles to ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability in a demanding mining environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in light vehicles using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, brake servicing, tire rotation, and engine tune-ups.
  • Repair or replace faulty components including engines, transmissions, suspension systems, and electrical parts.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety standards.
  • Respond promptly to vehicle breakdowns and carry out on-site repairs where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, servicing, and parts usage.
  • Ensure proper handling and maintenance of workshop tools and equipment.
  • Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental policies within the mining site.
  • Work collaboratively with fleet, operations, and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

Salary
N100,000 – N200,000 per month.
