Job Title: Construction / Facility Manager
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- We are recruiting two (2) skilled Construction / Facility Managers to oversee all building, renovation, and facility maintenance activities across various locations. Ideal candidates must be technically grounded and capable of coordinating end-to-end project and facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise construction, renovation, and facility management projects
- Conduct routine facility inspections and ensure timely repairs
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal project teams
- Prepare reports, project updates, and cost estimates
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related fields with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Construction industry experience is an added advantage
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail
