Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled Cobbler responsible for assessing, repairing, and restoring footwear and leather items.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess shoes, boots, bags, and leather items for repair needs
- Perform repairs including sole replacement, heel fixing, stitching, and refurbishment
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and customer specifications
- Communicate clearly with customers on costs, timelines, and updates
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Monitor and manage repair material inventory
- Keep accurate records of expenses and materials
- Forward completed items for Quality Control before delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in shoe/leather repair
- Strong technical repair skills
- Good communication and customer service ability
- High attention to detail
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Basic inventory and record-keeping knowledge.
Salary
N120,000 / month + Lunch, HMO, Pension.
