Job Description
- We’re seeking an experienced Business development manager who will drive growth, identify opportunities, build relationships, and execute strategies to boost revenue and expand business.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and growth areas
- Transform non-generating and underperforming ventures into commercially viable, profit-making enterprises
- Market OOPL ventures and seek partnership with viable and reasonable companies
- Build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue and growth
- Collaborate with teams to achieve business goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 7-10 years in business development, sales, or related role, with proven growth results
- Strategic thinking & planning
- Relationship building & networking
- Sales & negotiation skill
- Market analysis & research
- Communication & presentation skill
- Excellent Proposal writing skill
- Leadership & collaboration.
Salary
N350,000 – N500,000 / month.
