We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Omole, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  • We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Business Development Manager to support the growth of our technical training and consulting services.
  • This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering value-driven solutions to corporate clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients across relevant industries
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Understand client training and workforce development needs
  • Recommend and position appropriate technical training solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver client-focused programs
  • Develop proposals and presentations for corporate engagements
  • Monitor industry trends to identify emerging opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / BSc in Business Administration, Engineering, Sciences, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, client engagement, or consulting within a service-driven environment
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and professional approach
  • MBA or MSc is an added advantage
