Job Description
- We are looking for a creative who can conceptualize, plan and develop designs for the construction and renovation of commercial, institutional and residential buildings.
- The architect’s responsibilities include developing and presenting design proposals, preparing drawings, specifications and construction documents.
Job Responsibilities
- Meet with clients and determine their needs and requirements.
- Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and specifications.
- Develop and present project proposals
- Adjust designs and plans to meet the client’s needs.
- Prepare drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure design compliance.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients.
- Assist in cost estimation and project presentations.
Job Requirements
- Must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with 2 to 5 years of work experience
- Previous experience as an Architect preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.
