We began as a community Pharmacy in the year 1997, and through the years we have maintained our standard of being a renowned name in the Pharmaceutical industry in Nigeria. However, with respect to our vision consumables, cosmetics and skincare products, safe water production, grocery essentials, and a variety of baked goods. In addition, our 24 hours availability onsite and online in all our branches have equally ensured our clients can rely on us for immediate service at any hour of the day.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Lekki / Victoria Island (VI), Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – :500 PM

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dispatch Rider responsible for the timely and safe delivery of customer orders.
  • The ideal candidate must be familiar with Lagos routes and able to ensure efficient and professional service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer orders promptly and safely to designated locations
  • Ensure all items collected are accurate and properly sealed before delivery
  • Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to meet timelines
  • Maintain proper delivery records and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with the fulfillment/store team
  • Handle products with care to avoid damage or loss
  • Ensure professional conduct when interacting with customers
  • Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of the assigned motorcycle.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • On-Time Delivery Rate
  • Delivery Accuracy (correct orders delivered)
  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Zero Damage/Loss Rate
  • Compliance with Delivery Procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an SSCE / OND
  • Proven experience as a Dispatch Rider in a retail or logistics environment
  • Valid Rider’s Permit and Driver’s License
  • Good knowledge of Lekki, Victoria Island, and surrounding routes
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N150,000 monthly (Based on Experience).
