Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Work days:  Monday – Saturday

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a polite and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to manage customer interactions, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions
  • Support sales and order processing where required
  • Ensure a positive and satisfactory customer experience at all times

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE or ND qualification
  • 0–1 year experience in a customer service role (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good listening and problem-solving ability
  • Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be reliable and customer-oriented.

Salary
N80,000 per month.
