We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Location: Island, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee and manage the full operations of our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) outlet.
  • The ideal candidate must have strong leadership capability, excellent operational knowledge, and a proven track record of managing QSR teams successfully.
  • Candidates must reside on the Island and be able to ensure seamless operations, exceptional customer service, and consistent adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure high-quality customer experience and promptly address escalated customer concerns.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and supply ordering.
  • Implement and enforce QSR operational procedures, food safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor outlet performance, sales targets, and operational KPIs.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and service standards.
  • Manage staff schedules, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Drive initiatives that improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit management and operational reports as required.
  • Collaborate closely with the management team to execute strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND or B.Sc in any relevant field.
  • 3–5 years proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) (strict requirement).
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of QSR operations, customer service, and team coordination.
  • Must be punctual, disciplined, and result-oriented.
  • Candidate must reside on the Island or very close to the outlet location.
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.

Salary
N250,000 monthly.
