Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Enterprise Integrator

About the Role
- To support this next phase, we are seeking a high-impact Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will serve as the execution partner to the CEO, translating strategy into disciplined operational performance across the organisation. This is not a traditional clinic COO role.
- This is a role for a builder and operator — someone passionate about improving systems, strengthening governance, and driving disciplined execution.
Role Summary
- The organisation is seeking an Enterprise Integrator — a senior operational leader capable of translating strategic priorities into disciplined execution across multiple business functions.
- The COO will play a central role in strengthening operational systems, improving margin performance, building scalable governance frameworks, and ensuring alignment across leadership teams.
Core Responsibilities
Enterprise Operational Leadership:
- Translate organisational strategy into measurable operational execution
- Strengthen cross-functional coordination and execution discipline
- Improve organisational operating rhythms and decision-making speed
- Drive operational performance management across departments
Financial Performance & Margin Discipline:
- Drive EBITDA and margin improvement through operational discipline
- Identify and eliminate margin leakage across the organisation
- Strengthen cost governance, procurement discipline, and working capital management
- Support financial sustainability through operational efficiency
Revenue Performance & Conversion Optimisation:
- Improve conversion performance and revenue realisation
- Align marketing, clinical capacity, and patient experience to support growth
- Strengthen operational drivers of revenue and service utilisation
Systems, Processes & Governance:
- Institutionalise SOPs, operational dashboards, and performance frameworks
- Strengthen governance, reporting, and compliance structures
- Build scalable operational systems that support enterprise growth
- Improve operational visibility and leadership accountability
Leadership & Organisational Effectiveness:
- Provide execution leadership across multiple business units
- Strengthen accountability and performance management across departments
- Build a disciplined, ownership-driven leadership culture
- Reduce executive firefighting by implementing effective systems
Reporting Structure:
- The Chief Operating Officer will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and serve as a core member of the Executive Leadership Team.
- This is a Board-visible leadership role responsible for driving operational execution and strengthening organisational performance.

- EBITDA and margin improvement

Ideal Candidate Profile
- We are seeking a senior operator with proven experience scaling complex service organisations.
Required Experience:
- Must have 12–15 years of progressive leadership experience
- Proven senior operator in multi-site healthcare environments (hospital, diagnostics, dental, or similar)
- Demonstrated success improving margin performance and operational efficiency
- Track record of building systems and scaling enterprise operations
- Experience operating within fast-growing or founder-led organisations
