We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

• The Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role in cost governance and financial integrity across ongoing developments within a rapidly expanding real estate and construction brand.
• The role ensures accurate cost planning, contract administration, and commercial oversight that support timely and high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed bills of quantities, cost plans, and material estimates for residential and commercial projects
• Provide end-to-end cost management across the entire project lifecycle, including budgeting, forecasting,g and variance tracking
• Lead cost verification for procurement requests, vendor quotations, and payment valuations
• Manage contract administration, including preparation, review, and monitoring of contractual documents and change orders
• Conduct site inspections for progress valuation, material usage, and compliance with the approved budget
• Support risk assessments cost control measures, and commercial reporting for management decision making
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, finance, and procurement teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Support audit processes by providing accurate documentation and cost evidence

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Professional certification, such as NIQS, RICS, or equivalent, is an advantage
• Minimum of four to seven years’ experience in real estate construction or project-based environments
• Strong proficiency in cost analysis, project valuation, and contract management
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and documentation abilities

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
