About the Role
- We are looking for a results-driven Wealth Management Associate with a strong sales mindset to grow our client base and drive investment inflows. This role is ideal for ambitious professionals who enjoy client engagement, pitching financial solutions, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively source and onboard new wealth management clients
- Promote investment products including savings, fixed income, and portfolio solutions
- Build and manage strong client relationships to drive repeat business
- Meet individual and team sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored investment solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Experience in banking sales, investments, or relationship management
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
- Target-driven and performance-oriented mindset
- Existing client network is an advantage.
