We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Assistant Engineer

Location: Bayelsa

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Technical Assistant Engineer to support field operations, provide on-site technical guidance, and drive business development activities within Bayelsa and surrounding areas.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Visit construction sites and building projects to provide technical support on cement applications and usage.
  • Identify and generate potential business leads during field visits.
  • Support customers with product knowledge, troubleshooting, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into active customers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the assigned territory.
  • Prepare and submit regular field activity reports.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Quantity Survey, or related field.
  • 1–3 years relevant experience (construction or field engineering experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel within assigned locations.
  • Basic knowledge of cement applications and construction processes.

Salary
N130,000 – N250,000 monthly.
