Job Title: Supermarket Floor Assistant

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Floor Assistant to join our supermarket team on Victoria Island.
  • The ideal candidate will support daily store operations, maintain product displays, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries and product locations
  • Stock shelves, arrange displays, and maintain store cleanliness
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
  • Operate point-of-sale systems as needed
  • Follow store policies and health & safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification
  • Prior retail or supermarket experience is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 per month, Attractive (negotiable based on experience).
