We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Subject Matter Expert – Manufacturing Industry 

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • This role is for individuals who have successfully transformed manufacturing operations, improved efficiency, and driven measurable cost savings.

Requirements
Core Skill Set Requirements:

  • Expertise in production optimization and process improvement
  • Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodologies
  • Cost control and efficiency improvement strategies
  • Strong technical and engineering understanding
  • Leadership in plant or multi-site operations

Sector/Industry Expertise Requirements:

  • Proven experience in large-scale manufacturing environments
  • Hands-on involvement in production planning and capacity management
  • Experience driving automation or digital transformation initiatives

Strict Qualification Filters;

  • Minimum 15+ years in manufacturing
  • Evidence of measurable improvements (e.g., % efficiency gain, cost reduction)
  • Experience in structured industrial environments only
