Role Overview
- The Senior Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and repair ofmaterial handling equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and other intralogistics machines deployed at client sites.
- The role focuses on maximizing fleet uptime, reducing repair turnaround time, and maintaining high service quality standards in line with the operational procedures and safety standards.
- The Senior Technician also supports troubleshooting of complex equipment issues and provides guidance to junior technicians where required.

Qualifications
- Diploma, Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline such as:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Automotive Engineering
- Electromechanical Engineering
- Industrial Maintenance Engineering
- Heavy Equipment Maintenance
- 5+ years of hands-on experience servicing:
- forklifts
- material handling equipment
- construction vehicles and heavy equipment (e.g. telehandlers, loaders, excavators)
- industrial machinery
- Experience with electric forklifts and traction batteries is strongly preferred.
