Job Title: Senior Account Officer

About the Role
- We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Account Officer to join our team in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting strategic financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Support audits and liaise with external auditors
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Requirements
- HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 2–6 years’ experience in an accounting role (FMCG experience is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACA, ACCA) is an added advantage
Salary
N250,000 / Month.
