We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales / Business Development Officer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to penetrate new market (Zones or estates) and develop existing zones.
- Conduct Market research, analysis and strategies to identify profitable partnership for development.
- Proactively generate leads through cold calls, bulk emails, networking, social selling and other personal sales and marketing strategies for lead generation.
- Build and nurture strong relationship with key decision makers and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations to prospectives clients, estates, businesses and partners.
- Ensure good Negotiating abilities on pricing, terms and conditions to securing deals with estates, businesses and partnership that will be profitable to the organization
- Work with the team to develop targeted plans and implementation of targeted market campaigns and promotions to developing zones and estates.
- Maintain relationship with estate stakeholders and be the account officer managing estates in your zone.
- Ensure up to date record of all sales activities, leads and customers details in all sales database and system
- Conduct regular sales meetings and reports; daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly for evaluation.
- Traveling to various destinations to facilitate transactions when needed.
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your Line Manager and the Management.
