Job Description
Carlson Hotel is a four-star hotel located inside Osborne Phase 2, Ikoyi with 22 rooms, swimming and a gym.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Rceptionist (Hotel)
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Greeting and Assisting Guests
- Handling Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Managing Reservations and Bookings
- Handling Guest Complaints and Requests
- Providing Information About the Hotel and Surrounding Area
- Performing Daily Administration and Bookkeeping
- Coordinating with Other Departments
- Handling Lost and Found Items
- Operating the Telephone and Communication System
- Monitoring Lobby Security.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 year experience.
Salary
N65,000 – N85,000 / Month.
