We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Mabushi, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a smart, well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Reverse Aesthetics, Abuja branch (Mabushi).
  • The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience while supporting daily administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to clients in a warm and professional manner
  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and rescheduling
  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in clients
  • Maintain accurate client records and payment tracking
  • Support front desk sales and promote clinic services and packages
  • Coordinate with medical and operations teams for smooth service delivery
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks and reporting

Requirements
Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of OND in a relevant field
  • 1–3 years experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good use of Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional appearance and customer service mindset
  • Sales or upselling ability is an added advantage
  • Prior experience in a clinic, spa, or customer-facing role is preferred.

Salary
N100,000 – N120,000 per month.
