Casa 45 is an Afro luxury lounge and Restaurant situated at 35, Adeola Odeku Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: VI, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work
- Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair
- Ensure that company premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic condition
- Implement workplace safety policies and standards
- Control expenses, manage maintenance budgets, and manage inventory of spare parts and tools.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.
Requirements
- Experience:2–5 years of experience in maintenance, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 per month.
