Job Title: Loan & Marketing Officer

Location: Central Business District, Abuja (FCT)

Description

  • We are looking for a dedicated Loan & Marketing Officer to join our team.
  • This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who can balance meticulous loan processing with a proactive approach to business development and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits.
  • Maintain and update account records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop referral networks and explore alternate channels to enhance customer acquisition.
  • Cross-sell products and services to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain trust relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process.
  • Ensure compliance with lending laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Marketing our various products.

Requirements

  • Minimum educational qualification: SSCE, HND, and B.Sc Degree
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be based in Abuja.

Salary
N250,000 – N450,000 / Month.
