Job Title: Investment Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced and hard-working individual with experience in investment banking and deposit mobilization to join our client Micro-Finance Bank.
  • In this role, you will be charge with the core responsibilies of Investment management, deposit mobilization and fostering of excellent relationship between clients and the Bank.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive investment mobilization by sourcing, managing, and closing high-value individual and corporate clients.
  • Lead, supervise, and coordinate the investment team to ensure individual and collective targets are achieved.
  • Oversee client investment portfolios to ensure accuracy, profitability, and timely execution.
  • Support the team in negotiations, deal structuring, and closing of complex investment transactions.
  • Train, mentor, and continuously develop team members on investment products, sales strategies, and customer engagement.
  • Ensure proper client onboarding, documentation, and adherence to internal investment procedures.
  • Manage investment rollovers, maturities, renewals, and liquidation requests in line with agreed terms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors while handling escalations and resolving client concerns.
  • Ensure all investment activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and risk controls.
  • Prepare, analyze, and submit periodic reports on team performance, inflows, portfolios, and overall investment growth.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, Banking and Economics or in any related field. Master’s Degree would be additional advantage.
  • 3 – 5 + years in Investment Banking, Deposit mobilization and or Portfolio Management.
  • Great Leadership and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft-suites.
  • Business and planning skills.
  • Market and commercial awareness.
  • Demonstrative skills in Communication, negotiation and Presentation.

Salary
N500,000 – N700,000 / Month Plus commission
