We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Business

Location: Utako, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)
Reports To: Chief Investment Officer

The Role

  • We are seeking a strategic leader to drive growth, structure deals, and lead high-performing teams.
  • As Head of Business, you will lead overall business strategy, operations, and commercial performance at the intersection of investment and business development.
  • This role is ideal for experts in structured finance and asset management who thrive in high-impact environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth, profitability, and AUM expansion.
  • Oversee structured finance and alternative, ethical financing solutions.
  • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Ensure operational excellence, process efficiency, and strong governance.
  • Manage key stakeholders and lead results-driven teams.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent preferred
  • 12 – 15 years experience in asset management, investment banking, or private credit.
  • Proven track record in managing business units and deal execution.
  • Deep understanding of multi-asset strategies and alternative investments.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Shariah-compliant finance is a plus.

Renumeration
N1,500,000 gross/monthly (subject to experience).
