Job Title: Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager

About the Job

  • We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage services.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, managing staff, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth.
  • This role requires strong leadership, operational efficiency, and a deep understanding of hospitality trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, and room service (if applicable)
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction at all times
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement to control costs and reduce waste
  • Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff
  • Create staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to plan menus and maintain quality standards
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Good financial and inventory management knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
