We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Marketer (FMCG – Soap & Toothpaste Segment) 

Location: Mushin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a results-driven Field Marketer to grow our market share and visibility within the FMCG sector, specifically in the Soap and Toothpaste category.
  • The ideal candidate must have strong experience in FMCG sales and an existing customer database within Lagos markets.
  • This role involves executing field marketing campaigns, increasing product distribution, strengthening retail relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute field marketing and product promotion activities across assigned territories
  • Drive sales growth and increase product visibility in open markets and retail outlets
  • Leverage existing distributor/retailer networks to expand market penetration
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and onboard new retailers/wholesalers
  • Gather market intelligence (pricing, competitor activity, trends) and provide actionable feedback
  • Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets
  • Represent the company brand at trade activations and market engagements.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an OND / SSCE / GCE / NECO with a proven experience in FMCG sales (mandatory) — preferably in Soap & Toothpaste segment.
  • Strong existing customer database within Lagos markets
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently
  • Familiarity with Lagos State market trends and demographics
  • Previous field marketing experience is a strong advantage.

Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 / month + Performance-Based Incentives.
