We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Deposit Mobilization Officer

Location: Lagos

Requirements

  • Minimum of a National Diploma (ND) or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in deposit mobilization, sales, marketing, or relationship
  • management within a financial institution.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to market financial products effectively and close deposit deals.
  • Results-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Good knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic banking software.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.
