Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Intern

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are looking for smart and reliable Customer Service Representatives to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer inquiries and complaints
  • Manage customer interactions via phone and social media
  • Respond to messages, comments, and online requests promptly
  • Provide timely and professional support to client

Requirements

  • Must be a serving NYSC Corper / OND Interns (preferred)
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Strong social media skills (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, X/Twitter)
  • Ability to respond to DMs, comments, and online inquiries professionally
  • Basic content posting and page management skills
  • Graphics design skills is an added advantage
  • Must be ready to resume immediately

Work Schedule:
Rotational shift (4 days on, 2 days off):

  • 2 days Morning Shift (8:00am – 5:00pm)
  • 2 days Night Shift (5:00pm – 8:00am)
  • 2 days off
  • Minimum of 2 staff on duty per shift.
