Job Description

The Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library (OOPL) Abeokuta aims to preserve the past, capture the present, and inspire the future by serving as a national archive, research centre, and tourism hub.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Handle bookings, inquiries, and complaints
  • Manage ticket sales, entry, and access
  • Ensure smooth event operations
  • Ensure customers are satisfied
  • Collaborate with team for promotions and events
  • Maintain a positive, friendly atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work flexible and long hours.
