We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Cashier

Location: Osapa | Surulere | Ikoyi | Admiralty, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cashiers to join our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team at multiple outlets.
  • The ideal candidates must reside near the outlet or within areas that allow easy commuting, due to the fast-paced nature of the business.
  • Candidates will handle cash transactions accurately, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a smooth checkout experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and change when required.
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer and report discrepancies promptly.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations at the counter.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND or HND in any relevant field.
  • Previous experience as a Cashier in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) is an advantage.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.
  • Candidate must reside near the outlet or in areas that allow easy commuting.

Salary
N100,000 per month.
