Job Title: Business Manager

Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled and competent Manager to oversee every aspect of our business operations. This role demands a proactive leader who can drive the company’s success through strategic decision-making and day-to-day management. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all business functions, from overseeing transactions with key partners to managing staff and ensuring business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the business operations, including buying and selling processes, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Supervise and lead teams to meet company objectives, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth, monitoring market trends and supplier relationships.
  • Monitor and manage the supply chain to ensure timely deliveries and stock availability.
  • Act as the point of contact for key suppliers and clients, maintaining strong, professional relationships.
  • Manage staffing, ensuring that the team is motivated, well-trained, and working effectively towards business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within a distributorship or similar industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple aspects of a business simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to business operations.

Salary
N200,000 per month.
