Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Karmo, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team.
  • He will be responsible for theoverall operational coordination, commercial performance, and administrative managementof the company.
  • His role is to ensure theefficient execution of engineering and construction projects, financial discipline, business growth, and compliance with corporate governance standards, while supporting the Managing Director in implementing the company’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate activities across all departments to ensureefficient delivery of engineering and construction projects.
  • Oversee project execution schedules, resources, and operational performance.
  • Ensure properintegration between engineering, construction, procurement, and commercial teams.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and operational risks.
  • Support the MD inidentifying new project opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop strategies toexpand the company’s engineering, construction, and infrastructure service portfolio.

Salary
N400,000 – N500,000 monthly.
