Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Lead business growth across banking and investment products
- Drive deposit mobilization, investment inflows, and loan portfolio expansion
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with corporates, HNIs, institutions, and public-sector clients
- Lead and manage business development and relationship teams
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new and existing financial products.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / MBA Degree
- 7+ years’ experience in banking, investment management, or financial services
- Proven track record in sales growth, portfolio expansion, and market penetration
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
