We are Family owned Business with the following services; Build and Design , Real estate development and investment , Facility Management , Project Management and Quantity surveying and General contracting.

Colossal and Quality Build Limited was well thought out in 2010 to contribute her quota to the development of the built environment and reshape the real estate world.Since then ,she has gradually grown in establishing a market force with an experienced and focused team before becoming incorporated in 2018. Colossal and Quality Build Limited comprises of multi disciplinary team of professionals registered and incorporated under the company and allied matter act 1990 ( RC 1482048) who aim to provide local and international standard to the built environment.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive (Construction & Real Estate)

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to support the growth of its construction, real estate, and project management services.
  • The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and contribute to delivering high-quality projects that meet both local and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in construction, real estate development, and facility management
  • Promote company services including building design, general contracting, project management, and quantity surveying
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners
  • Prepare and present proposals, bids, and project quotations
  • Support project teams in ensuring client requirements and expectations are met
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and investment opportunities
  • Assist in real estate development and investment planning
  • Monitor ongoing projects to ensure quality delivery, timelines, and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and quantity surveyors for project execution
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Estate Management, or Business Administration
  • 2–5 years experience in construction, real estate, or project management environment
  • Strong knowledge of building construction, project management, and real estate market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Ability to prepare proposals, cost estimates, and reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (knowledge of project management software is an added advantage)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Salary
N80,000 – N200,000  / month.
