We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)
Reports To: CEO / Executive Director

Role Overview

  • The Business Development Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities across our three service lines.
  • You will build relationships with corporate fleet operators, fuel-dependent businesses, logistics companies, and strategic partners —positioning the company as their go-to mobility infrastructure partner.
  • Your earnings grow directly with the value you bring in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and convert B2B leads across Rescue, Refuel, and Fleet Management services
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of corporate clients — including fleet operators, logistics firms, construction companies, and large fuel consumers
  • Develop and present compelling proposals and service packages tailored to client needs
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact through contract execution and handoff to account management
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with insurers, OEMs, car dealerships, and fuel distributors
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to align outbound campaigns with BD priorities
  • Provide market intelligence — tracking competitor activity, client needs, and emerging opportunities
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activity in the CRM

What we are Looking For

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in logistics, mobility, energy, SaaS, or financial services
  • Strong consultative selling skills and a track record of closing mid-to-large corporate accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage a pipeline and hit targets independently
  • Commercial awareness of the Nigerian business landscape — understanding how fleet- dependent businesses operate is a strong advantage
  • Experience using a CRM tool (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).

Compensation Structure

  • Allowance: N100,000 – N50,000 per month (Fixed)
  • Commission: Performance-based commission on every account closed.
  • This role offers a fixed monthly allowance plus uncapped commission on every account you bring in.
  • The more you close, the more you earn — there is no ceiling on commission income.

Application Closing Date
15th April, 2026.
