We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architect

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design, plan, and oversee construction projects from concept to completion.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure all designs are functional, safe, sustainable, and aligned with client requirements and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings.
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and contractors.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy.
  • Review and approve architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and design revisions.
  • Incorporate sustainability and cost-effective solutions into designs.
  • Ensure quality control throughout all stages of construction.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years experience in architectural design and project supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and construction processes.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD).
  • Excellent creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Certifications (Required / Preferred):

  • ARCON (Architects Registration Council of Nigeria) certification / license
  • Project Management Certification (PMP or Prince2) – added advantage
  • Health & Safety Certification (HSE / NEBOSH) – added advantage

Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 per month.
