We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Spa Therapist (Female)

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Spa Manager / Wellness Director

Job Summary

  • The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering a variety of spa and wellness treatments to clients in a professional and relaxing manner.
  • This role involves providing high-quality customer service, promoting spa services and products, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards to ensure a premium guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
Treatment Delivery:

  • Perform professional spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, aromatherapy, and other wellness therapies according to spa protocols.
  • Tailor treatments to meet individual client needs and preferences.
  • Ensure comfort, safety, and relaxation for all guests during services.

Customer Service:

  • Greet clients warmly and conduct consultations to recommend suitable treatments.
  • Provide expert advice on skincare and wellness practices.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional manner.

Spa Promotion & Sales:

  • Promote spa services, special offers, and retail products to enhance guest experience.
  • Achieve sales targets for spa products and treatments.

Hygiene & Safety:

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms, equipment, and spa facilities.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Ensure proper sterilization and storage of tools and products.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other therapists and spa staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Client satisfaction and repeat booking rates.
  • Sales of spa services and retail products.
  • Compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Positive guest reviews and feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or related field.
  • 3 – 5 years proven experience as a Spa Therapist, Masseuse, or Beautician (hospitality industry experience is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of various massage techniques, skincare, and wellness treatments.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication and sales abilities.
  • High standard of personal grooming and professionalism.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
