We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Dabro Global Services Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to drive business growth by securing new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers across our service areas, including logistics, transport, construction, instrumentation & control (I&C), and oil & gas support services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for company services
  • Promote and market the company’s services to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and proposals
  • Prepare and present service offerings to clients
  • Negotiate pricing within approved limits
  • Ensure proper documentation of all client engagements
  • Collaborate with operations team to ensure service delivery meets client expectations
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
  • Minimum of 1–2 years experience in sales or marketing
  • Experience in logistics, construction, or oil & gas services is an added advantage

Other Requirements:

  • Must be based in or willing to work in Port Harcourt
  • Must be proactive, disciplined, and target-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Basic understanding of the local business environment

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Persuasion and negotiation ability
  • Good understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Good networking and relationship-building skills

Remuneration

  • Monthly Salary: N80,000
  • Performance-based incentives will be provided based on results
