At CDD Foundation, we focus on designing and implementing programs that address critical social needs, including access to education, youth empowerment, community outreach, and humanitarian support. Through school outreach programs, capacity-building initiatives, and strategic partnerships with local and international organizations, the Foundation works to create meaningful and lasting impact within underserved communities.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Program Manager is responsible for driving our program strategy, securing funding, and ensuring effective delivery of our community-centered interventions across education, youth empowerment, orphanage and widow support, and community health.

Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Design:

  • Develop and implement program strategies aligned with CDD Foundation’s mandate:education support, youth empowerment, orphanage and widow support, and community health outreach.

Grant Writing & Fundraising:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with local and international donors.
  • Write compelling grant proposals, concept notes, and donor reports.

Program Implementation & Oversight:

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of funded programs across all focus areas.
  • Manage partnerships with community-based organizations, schools, orphanages, and volunteers.

Reporting & Compliance:

  • Prepare high-quality narrative and financial donor reports demonstrating measurable impact.

Partnership Development:

  • Build strategic partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, corporate CSR departments, and international organizations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Experience: 5 – 8 yearsof progressive experience in the non-profit/social impact sector.
