Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Remote (Occasional in-office presence required for content creation and meetings)
Employment Type: Full-time
The Role
- We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and drive audience growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create, schedule, and manage content across all social media platforms
- Plan and participate in content creation, including videos and on-site shoots when required
- Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly
- Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to improve campaigns
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community
- Collaborate with the creative team on campaigns and promotions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, etc.)
- Experience with content creation, especially video content
- Ability to work remotely while meeting deadlines and targets
- Willingness to attend in-office sessions for content production when needed
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
