We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Plant Automation Engineer

Location: Lekki Free Trade Zone, Ibeju Lekki – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Availability: Immediate (Preferred)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a qualified and experienced Plant Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer to join our manufacturing facility at the Lekki Free Trade Zone.
  • The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in industrial instrumentation, automation, PLC/SCADA systems, and electrical systems maintenance.

Key Responsibilities & Competencies

  • Maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of industrial instruments and transmitters (Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level, and Weight).
  • Programming, configuration, and troubleshooting of PLC and SCADA systems — especially Allen Bradley, FactoryTalk View, and Wonderware InTouch.
  • Planning, scheduling, and tracking of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Strong proficiency with VFDs (Danfoss preferred) — installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to interpret, update, and work with electrical drawings and P&ID schematics.
  • Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimise downtime and support continuous plant operations.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or process-plant environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Ibeju-Lekki.

Salary
N500,000 – N600,000 / month.
