Job Title: Social Media Manager / Content Creator

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Description

  • We are a fast-growing real estate marketing firm looking for a creative and confident Social Media Manager who will also serve as the face of our brand.
  • This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable on camera, understands content trends, and can create engaging videos that drive visibility and client interest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Appear on camera as the face of the brand
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media pages
  • Develop and execute content strategies
  • Showcase properties and promote real estate offerings through content
  • Monitor engagement, trends, and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Must have completed tertiary education.
  • Must reside in Ajah or its environs (mandatory)
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation
  • Strong confidence and presence on camera
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Creative mindset with a good understanding of social media trends
  • Must have an active social media presence (Instagram/TikTok).
